Allegedly, these are videos of Ukrainian soldiers torturing Russian POWs. I suppose that some people who know the language as well as military uniforms and insignia could make that determination. There is certainly no attempt to observe any rules of war (war has rules?). Well, actually, yes. Countries like Ukraine that want to join NATO should be aware of the Geneva Convention. For your enlightenment, the rules say that POWs must recieve the same food, shelter, and medical treatment that are available to their captors; and much more.
I’ve heard it said that the Ukrainians are doing this to encourage the Russians to do likewise and thus give the U.S. and NATO another excuse to enter the war. Why would they film this?
