Actually, Joe did not likely try to destroy the Navy. He probably has no clue about what is going on and is influenced by those whispers in his ear. The people in charge are godless Marxists whose goal is the destruction of America as we have known it. What better way to achieve that goal than to destroy our societal norms and moral code.
