By now, most Americans are aware of the horrifying and “unprovoked” attack on Israel by the Palestinian organization, Hamas. I think that most Americans oppose any war unless it is in self-defense (except maybe Nikki Haley, presidential candidate).

I’m skeptical. Even conspiracy-minded. That happens when you’ve been around long enough to remember all the lies and BS we’ve been through.

The first thing to get my attention is how the Media is describing the attack as the worst since the dawn of civilization. It can’t get any worse than cutting off baby heads which we are told is happening.  Do you remember how Saddam’s soldiers were ripping babies out of incubators and throwing them on the floor! Somehow I never believed that one either.

The second red flag is how Iran was instantly linked to this attack, and made as culpable as Hamas.

This event will make a great excuse to take some action against Iran if we can get everyone on board with this ‘unprovoked’ attack by Hamas.  The Western media has been using the term unprovoked ad nauseam. Remember, Iran is our enemy, though I still haven’t figured out what they have done to us that merits a war.

In case you are not up to snuff on the history of this conflict, here are 2 videos with Professor Norman Finkelstein, political scientist and considered expert on the Israeli/Palestinian conflict.
